Keycloak

Keycloak is accessible for testing, and the service may be subject to disruption. To provide feedback, please use our service desk. We are glad to hear from you and learn from your experience!


Overview

  • If the application you are accessing uses Keycloak as its authentication system, you will be automatically redirected to Keycloak to login
  • Keycloak will prompt you for your username and password
  • If 2FA (two-factor authentication) is not enabled on your account:
    • You will be guided to enable it
    • You will be redirected to your application
  • If 2FA (two-factor authentication) is already enabled on your account:
    • You will be redirected to your application

Login process

Credentials

The application will redirect you to the following login screen.

  • Username or email: Use your LuxProvide (or MeluXina) username, e.g. u000000
  • Password: Use your LuxProvide password

2FA setup

If you are accessing Keycloak for the first time, you will be prompted to setup two-factor authentication.

We have successfully tested the following 2FA clients:

  • FreeOTP
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
