Manage Data in Open Ondemand

Open Ondemand allows user to manage their data from their Web browser. This should ease any data access and manipulation from their local machine. Simple steps to access the user home and project directories are described in this section.

Access to Home and Project directories

For data management, you can access your files located in your MeluXina Home directory or Project directory by clicking on the 'Files' Tab :

Once accessing the 'Files' page, you can interact with your files and access to a few action button to ease file management :

Our advise : By default, directory / file owners and hidden files are not displayed. You can change this simply by ticking the 2 options 'Show Owner/Mode' (ACL) and 'Show Dotfiles' (Hidden files) as shown in below's picture :

Warning

Please be aware that Open Ondemand users won't be able to upload files exceeding 1 GB (1024 MB).
